Refund & Cancellation Policy

The word the third party means- Service providers, Business people, Merchants, etc who are selling/ giving their product/ service through the PRNV Services.
The word customer means– user or public who buys product/s or service/s through the PRNV Services from Service providers, Business people, Merchants, etc.
Please read the full details & conditions of each deal/plan before buying/ subscribing it, it provides all the details about the membership, services or the product you purchase.
NOTE: In the PRNV Services, only the PRNV Services Plans/subscription fees are non-refundable &
No cancellation is available &
No exchange available.
All the other plans/subscription fees (except the plans/ subscriptions owned by the PRNV services) can apply for refund & cancellation as per the third party policy/ purchase rules.
So, We are advising to all (Users and Service providers, Business people, Merchants, etc) read clearly once Refund & Cancellation policy/es of the third party/es before buying/ ordering any product/s or service/s
Requests received later than as per 3rd party business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as a cancellation of services for the next service period.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with the products the third party can provide a refund as per their refund & cancellation policy.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
To reduce last-minute cancellations and the risk of “chargebacks” from customers, it is always a good idea to have your customers agree to your cancellation and refund policy. This should be attached to the customers’ orders for future reference. The occasion makes this easy for you and your customers.
